- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. juice from pineapple
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 lb. lean ground ham
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine butter and sugar in a 9 x 5-inch pan.

2Drain pineapple reserving juice.

3Spread pineapple over bottom layer.

4Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

5Press into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

6Invert loaf for serving.
