- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. cooked or canned peas and carrots
- 2 c. hot mashed potatoes
Directions

1Brown beef; add onion and pepper.

2Cook until tender, but not brown.

3Stir in soup and place in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole. Sprinkle peas and carrots over first ingredients.

4Arrange mashed potatoes in a ring on top, allowing filling to show through. Drizzle melted butter over all.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes.
