  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can low-fat cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 can low-fat tomato soup
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked

    Brown meat and onion; drain fat.
