Whole Yuzu Tea

  • 1/2 to 1 Yuzu
  • 1 tea bag Black tea
  • 1 Sugar or honey

Directions

    Cut the yuzu in half, then cut off a thin slice to float on top of the tea.

    Put the tea bag in the cup, then pour in boiling water.

    Squeeze the yuzu juice into the cup, float the slice on top, add sugar to taste, then drink up.
