- 1 lb. ham
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 slices American cheese
Directions

1Cut ham into 1/2-inch slices.

2Cook bacon until crisp, cut into quarters and set aside.

3Pour off all but 1 tablespoon drippings.

4In same pan, brown ham on both sides.

5Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.

6Place 1 pineapple ring on each piece of ham.

7Add brown sugar to pineapple syrup.

8Pour over ham in skillet.

9Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

10Spoon syrup over ham; top with cheese and bacon pieces.

11Cover and cook until the cheese melts.
