- 1 lb. hamburg
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c. corn meal
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Spry
- 1 1/2 c. canned or cooked tomatoes
Directions

1Combine hamburg, onions, green pepper, corn meal, seasonings, milk and egg.

2Blend thoroughly.

3Form into 12 balls.

4Roll in flour.

5Brown in hot Spry in skillet.

6Add remaining flour and tomatoes.

7Cover and cook on low heat for 35 to 45 minutes.
