- 2 qt. tomato juice
- 1 onion, sauteed
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Fry hamburg and drain off any grease.

2Cook hamburg, juice, onion and carrots until vegetables are tender.

3Add cheese.

4Serve after cheese has melted.
