  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
  • 2 qt. tomato juice
  • 1 onion, sauteed
  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Fry hamburg and drain off any grease.

    Cook hamburg, juice, onion and carrots until vegetables are tender.

    Add cheese.

    Serve after cheese has melted.
