- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 4 c. water
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 12 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve dry yeast in warm water and set aside.

2Bring water and sugar to boil for 5 minutes.

3When cooled to lukewarm, add oil, salt and eggs.

4Stir in yeast mixture.

5Measure 12 cups flour after sifting and add to liquid mixture.

6Set aside by 2 p.m. Knead down at 6 p.m.

7At 10 p.m. shape into buns and put on tins. Leave, uncovered, and bake in morning around 5 to 6 a.m. in a 350° oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
