- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Put cottage cheese through sieve (makes it smoother).

2Soften cream cheese in mixer; gradually add cottage cheese.

3Blend together eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon juice.

4Add to softened cheeses.

5Blend in flour, sour cream and melted butter.

6Pour into spring-form pan.

7Bake 1 hour at 325°.

8Turn off heat and let stand in oven 2 hours.

9Remove from oven. Loosen pan, cool and remove from pan.
