  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) vegetarian vegetable soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    In a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or baking dish, layer the potatoes and onion.

    Crumble beef over onion.

    Spread the soups over the beef.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with chips.

    Bake 20 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink.
