- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) vegetarian vegetable soup, undiluted
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1In a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or baking dish, layer the potatoes and onion.

2Crumble beef over onion.

3Spread the soups over the beef.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with chips.

5Bake 20 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink.
