- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 (32 oz.) can garden peas
- 2 c. instant mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat; drain and put in casserole dish.

2Cook garden peas on High for 5 minutes.

3After peas come to a boil, drain and pour on top of hamburger meat.

4Fix instant potatoes according to directions on box.

5Put on top of garden peas. Spread evenly, then sprinkle cheese over top of potatoes.

6Serves 4 to 6 people.
