Hamburger-Corn Casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (12 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. medium noodles, cooked
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

    Brown meat.

    Add onion.

    Cook until tender, but not brown. Add next 8 ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Stir in noodles.

    Pour into 2-quart casserole.

    Mix crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes or until heated through.
