  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can green chilies
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) jalapeno peppers, diced (you may not want to use whole can)

Directions

    Brown hamburger; drain.

    In a large saucepan mix Velveeta cheese, garlic powder, tomato juice, green chilies and jalapeno peppers.

    Melt over low heat; then add hamburger.

    Serve hot, room temperature or cold with tortilla chips or corn chips.

    Store in refrigerator.
