- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/2 whole Onion, Diced
- 1/2 teaspoons Each Of Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Sage, Parsley Flakes
- 1 cup Water
- 2 teaspoons Beef Bouillon
- 2 whole Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
- 2 whole Carrots, Sliced Or Diced
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Milk
Directions

1In a Dutch oven, brown the ground beef, onion, and seasonings.

2When beef is no longer pink, add the water, bouillon, potatoes, and carrots.

3Simmer 15 minutes or until veggies are done.

4Stir in mushroom soup and milk.

5Heat through and serve.
