  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/2 whole Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 teaspoons Each Of Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Sage, Parsley Flakes
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoons Beef Bouillon
  • 2 whole Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
  • 2 whole Carrots, Sliced Or Diced
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk

Directions

    In a Dutch oven, brown the ground beef, onion, and seasonings.

    When beef is no longer pink, add the water, bouillon, potatoes, and carrots.

    Simmer 15 minutes or until veggies are done.

    Stir in mushroom soup and milk.

    Heat through and serve.
