- 1 lb. ground lean beef
- 6 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can celery soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Add celery and onion; saute until onion is transparent.

3Combine with soups, milk and soy sauce.

4Place in Pam-sprayed ovenproof dish.

5Top with chow mein noodles.

6Bake for 30 minutes (can substitute cream of mushroom soup).
