- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced onion
- carrots, cabbage and potatoes
- 1 can beef broth
Directions

1Cover hamburger with water and break into bits.

2Add celery and onion and any other veggie you wish.

3Potatoes tend to mush up.

4Add can of beef broth and water to cover contents.

5Add seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic salt, if you prefer.

6Put in crock-pot.

7Put in refrigerator overnight.

8Skim any fat next day. Reheat and eat.

9Makes a thick soup.
