- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
- 3 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 16 oz. sour cream
Directions

1In a 5-quart Dutch oven, saute ground beef, mushrooms and onions in hot oil until browned; drain and add bouillon, water, wine, catsup and mustard.

2Cover; simmer 15 minutes.

3Combine flour with cold water.

4Slowly stir into meat mixture.

5Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to

7Reduce heat; stir in sour cream.

8Heat, but do not boil.

9Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
