- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (reserving liquid)
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. beef stock
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- dash of pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
Directions

1Brown chuck, stirring to separate particles; drain.

2Add mushrooms and onion, cooking a few minutes longer.

3Remove from heat and blend in flour.

4Add beef broth, reserved mushroom liquid, salt, pepper and ketchup.

5Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Blend in sour cream; heat a minute longer.

7Meanwhile, cook noodles according to directions. Serve stroganoff over noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
