- 2 large pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 c. ham, diced
- 3 c. Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- several dashes cayenne pepper
- 3 eggs
- Parmesan or Romano cheese
- poppy seed
Directions

1Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

2Press 1 package rolls in bottom of pan.

3Mix cheese, milk, eggs, mustard and pepper together.

4Divide mixture in half.

5Add diced ham to 1/2 cheese mixture.

6Spread ham mixture on top of crescent layer.

7Spread second package of crescents on top of ham mixture.

8Spread remaining cheese mixture over crescents.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and poppy seed.

10Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.

11Cut in squares.
