- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Put all ingredients in a 1-quart freezer bag.

2Close bag; mix ingredients.

3Open bag occasionally to expel air.

4When mixed thoroughly, snip one bottom corner with scissors about 1 inch. Squeeze dough on baking pan.

5Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.

6Sprinkle tops with flour; pat down to desired thickness with fork.

7Bake for 12 to 14 minutes at 425°, or until brown.
