Hard-Boiled Egg Casserole

- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 12 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. crumbled potato chips
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over low heat.

2Add onion and cook until tender. Combine flour and milk with butter and onion, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese until melted.

3Layer half of the eggs in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch dish. Pour half the onion and cheese mixture over the eggs.

4Sprinkle half of the potato chips and half of the bacon over the mixture. Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
