- 2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. light corn syrup
- 3/4 c. water
- cinnamon oil
- red food coloring
Directions

1In a saucepan, blend sugar, corn syrup and water.

2Bring to a boil over high heat until mixture reaches 290°.

3Remove pan from heat.

4Allow to stand until bubbles have simmered down.

5Add 8 to 10 drops of cinnamon oil and red food coloring as desired.

6Dip apples on sticks in mixture; allow to cool on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
