- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. fruit juice
- 1/2 c. white syrup
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Add soda to buttermilk, then mix ingredients and add enough flour to roll out very thin to about a 12-inch size.

2Bake on a griddle.

3Lefse can be softened by wrapping in a wet cloth.
