- 5 c. self-rising flour, sifted
- 1 c. oil, mixed with flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast, mixed with 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 c. buttermilk, mixed with 1 tsp. soda and 2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Blend flour and oil mixture with yeast.

2Add buttermilk.

3Mix and chill in fridge.

4Roll out (thicker than usual).

5Bake at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes.

6This will keep in fridge up to 2 weeks. Chill at least 1 1/2 hours or overnight.

7Use tightly covered Tupperware container.
