- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
- 5 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients; add oil, buttermilk and yeast.

2Mix like biscuits; put in large bowl with lid on.

3Refrigerate overnight before using roll or cut out biscuits.

4Bake at 400°.

5This recipe makes about 25 to 30 biscuits.

6The dough will stay good in refrigerator for 2 weeks.

7(Keep lid on bowl sealed.)
