Ingredients
- 2 piece onion, chopped
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/4 cabbage
- 600 grams minced chicken
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 6 clove roughly chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 water
Directions

1Mix all the veggies and keep it aside.

2Make sure that all the veggies are raw.

3No need to boil.

4Add salt, vinegar, chilli powder , lemon juice and mix well with butter

5Now make a dough with the flour and a little bit salt and water.Make sure the dough isn't too sticky.

6Keep it aside for 30 minutes and cover it with a wet cloth.

7Now make small thin chappatis and stuff it with the mixture and turn it into the shape of the momos.

8Remember you should tear of the extra dough in each Momo or else I'll not taste good.

9Now cook those momos in steam for about 20 minutes.

10Ready to be served!
