- 2 (4 oz. each) cans whole Greek chillies, seeded and chopped
- 2 (4 1/2 oz. each) cans chopped black olives
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. vegetable or olive oil
- garlic salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sweet red pepper (optional)
Directions

1Combine the chopped green chillies with the chopped olives, tomatoes and green onions, the lemon juice, oil, garlic salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl, blending well.

2Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight to heighten the flavors.

3Hollow out a sweet red pepper, if you wish, and fill with the dip.
