- 1 small onion, chopped
- 5 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- can green beans or wax beans, drained
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add onion.

3Saute until tender.

4Mix cornstarch and sugar.

5Blend vinegar.

6Add water and stir into butter and onion until mixture thickens.

7Add to heated beans.
