  • 1 (16 oz.) can beets, sliced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. beet juice
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except beets) in saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.

    Add drained beets and heat through. Add butter and serve hot.
