  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • pepper
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Add liquid and boil until thickened.

    Add butter, salt, pepper and diced, sliced or small whole beets.
