  • 1 can beets
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. beet juice
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Blend cornstarch, sugar, salt, beet juice and vinegar. Pour over beets in a casserole dish. Add butter. Bake in oven for a few minutes.
