- 2 Tbsp. sugar or honey
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. beet water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix sugar and cornstarch.

2Add vinegar and beet water; boil for 5 minutes.

3Add beets to hot sauce and let stand at least 30 minutes.

4Just before serving, bring to boiling point and add butter.
