- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. mild vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. cooked beets, diced
Directions

1Cook in 1-quart saucepan.

2Mix sugar and flour together in a saucepan.

3Add water and vinegar.

4Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring occasionally.

5Add salt, butter or margarine and diced beets.

6Cook until beets are heated through.
