- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle taco sauce (medium)
- 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. pitted black olives, sliced
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 oz.), grated
- tortilla chips
- sour cream
- salsa
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Brown ground beef; stir in taco sauce.

3In a small bowl, combine corn and onion.

4In a casserole dish, layer half the corn mixture, half the beef mixture, half olives and half cheese.

5Repeat.

6Bake, covered, for 20 minutes, until heated through.

7To serve, crumble tortilla shells on plate; top with casserole.

8Serve with sour cream and salsa.
