- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Drain beets, reserving 1/3 cup liquid.

2In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.

3Stir in reserved liquid, vinegar and butter.

4Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.

5Add beets and cook until warm.
