Ingredients

  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. graham cracker crumb crust
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. caramel sauce or ice cream topping

    Pour milk into medium bowl.

    Add pie filling mix.

    Beat with wire whisk until well blended 1 to 2 minutes.

    Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.

    Fold whipped topping into filling mixture.

    Pour into crust.

    Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

    Sprinkle with apples, pecans and marshmallows just before serving.

    Drizzle caramel sauce over pie.
