  • 1 lb. boneless lean beef
  • 1 lb. boneless lean pork
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. each: salt, sugar and pepper
  • 1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cut beef and pork as for stew.

    Cook ingredients slowly 3 hours or more until hash like consistency.

    A little water may need to be added.
