- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can Mexican corn
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
Directions

1Brown together hamburger, diced onion and oil.

2Add chili powder, salt, pepper, chicken broth, tomatoes and corn.

3Bring this to a boil and stir in rice.

4Simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is cooked.

5Serve with salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
