- 2 lb. buttercup squash (approximately)
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 small pkg. (16 oz.) herb stuffing mix
- 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
Directions

1Boil, drain and mash squash and onion.

2Season with butter, pepper and salt.

3Add can of cream of chicken soup and container of sour cream.

4In separate bowl, mix together stuffing mix and stick of melted butter.

5In large casserole (3-quart) layer dressing, squash and dressing.

6Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
