- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup margarine and corn flakes. Pour into 15 x 11-inch greased casserole dish.

2Mix the 1/4 cup margarine with corn flakes and spread on top.

3Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

4Makes a large casserole.

5Use 1/2 recipe for smaller casserole.
