- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 14 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs and additional Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Thaw the potatoes and place in 2-quart casserole dish. Add soup, sour cream, onion and Cheddar cheese to potatoes.

2Stir gently to mix well.

3Top with bread crumbs and additional Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
