  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 14 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • bread crumbs and additional Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Thaw the potatoes and place in 2-quart casserole dish. Add soup, sour cream, onion and Cheddar cheese to potatoes.

    Stir gently to mix well.

    Top with bread crumbs and additional Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
