- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (can use celery or mushroom)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. each: Jack and Cheddar cheese (can use all Cheddar)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions

1In a bowl, mix sour cream, soup, butter and onions.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3In 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish or 3-quart casserole, layer half of the potatoes, half of the cream mixture and 3/4 of the cheese.

4Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
