- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. loose hash browns, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Combine cheese soup, sour cream, onion, margarine, salt and pepper.

3Mix well; fold in hash browns and pour into baking dish.

4Toss cornflakes with margarine and sprinkle over casserole.

5Bake at 350° for one hour or until golden and potatoes are tender.

6Makes 8 to 10 servings.
