  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed (2 pkg.)
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 4 c. Corn Flakes or potato chips
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 onion, diced

Directions

    Mix soup, sour cream and onion.

    Add hash browns and cheese and mix well.

    Cover with Corn Flakes.

    Melt butter and pour over top.

    Bake 1 hour at 425°.
