- 32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed (2 pkg.)
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 4 c. Corn Flakes or potato chips
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion, diced
Directions

1Mix soup, sour cream and onion.

2Add hash browns and cheese and mix well.

3Cover with Corn Flakes.

4Melt butter and pour over top.
