- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen loose packed hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix together. Fold in potatoes. Turn mixture into a greased 9 x 12 casserole dish. Toss corn flakes with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until casserole is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
