  • 1 bag Ore-Ida hash browns
  • 1 stick butter (margarine)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup

Directions

    Melt margarine and mix with sour cream and soup.

    Grate cheese and stir in.

    Mix in salt, pepper and hash browns.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes, until brown and bubbly.

    Half way through, stir the mixture.
