- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. sour cream (large container)
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Ritz crackers
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Defrost potatoes.

3Mix butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.

4Place in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish.

5Top with crushed Ritz crackers and a couple of slices of butter.

6Bake 30 minutes or until everything is done and melted.
