- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. corn cereal
Directions

1Combine potatoes, butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; stir well.

2Spread mixture in casserole dish.
