- 24 oz. hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 12 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Crumble together the thawed hash brown potatoes.

2Mix together the soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, margarine and salt.

3Heat in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.

4Add to hash brown potatoes.

5Top with corn flakes or bread crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
