- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Directions

1Mix together sour cream, mushroom soup, milk and Cheddar.

2Add hash browns and onions.

3Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and top with melted butter.

4Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
